A vibrant lemon-gold in the glass, with equally bold aromas of lemon peel, guava, white pepper, breadcrumb, red apple, almond, pear and baking spice. The fruit is plump and juicy, quite exotic and works well with the verdant spice notes flowing through the palate. A nibble of savoury fennel and salted liquorice shows up and combines well with a saline acidity to add mouth-watering zest. Silky and creamy textures add roundness, but there\u2019s bags of character and variety in here.
